YourHouse Villa Sa Punta

This beautiful villa with stone fachade is situated near Ses Salines, in Mallorca South and offers acommodation to 6 guests. The lovely beach Es Trenc is just a few kilometres away and will make you fell like you're in paradise.



This 110 m2 sized villa counts with a 5 x 12 metres salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1 to 1,8 metres. Surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, it's the perfect relax zone. The garden is well kept, with shady trees and gravel areas. Enjoy great al fresco dining at the furnished porch and surprise friends and family with a home-made barbecue. The house is just perfect for families with kids as it is home to several animals like dogs, cats and chickens. The property owners are very nice and will provide you with fresh vegetables and eggs when available. You may park your car at the houses' patio or in the garage where you will find 1 parking lot. A car is necessary.



The interior of this cozy house consists of a living-dining area with TV (satellite channels), a fireplace, free Wifi throughout the house and an independent, fully-fitted kitchen, including a vitro hob, filter coffee machine and italian coffee maker, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils for cooking. For your rest you may choose between 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a shower bath en-suite. Besides, there are 2 more shower bathrooms, shower gel, shampoo and 2 hair dryers. There are mosquito nets at the windows for your comfort. We supply you with pool towels.

The air conditioning of the living room is working from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the air conditioning of the bedrooms is working from 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.



Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. You’ll receive a link before arrival to register all guests.



There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night.



The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
