Serra da Malagueta naturpark

Two things are not great; flies in the food court - and too pushy hotel crew trying to recruit guests to activities. Other than that; great place!

Dette er et hotell for italienske reiseselskap. Passer dårlig for ikke italiensk talende gjester. Menyen til lunch og middag var den samme hver dag. Maten var ikke særlig god heller. Det samme gjaldt vinen. For et all inklusiv hotell er dette en katastrofe. Renhold på vårt rom var meget god og fantastisk etter forholdene forøvrig på hotellet.

This is a SMOKER'S RESORT and is NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. Smoking is allowed in public outdoor spaces...the pools, the beach, the bars, patios and balconies. You can't go anywhere without breathing second hand smoke. We couldn't enjoy the evening events because of it, and I couldn't walk to the gym without breathing smoke from people smoking on their balconies. Also, this resort has their own version of "All Inclusive", which is not all inclusive at all. Only about 10% of the alcohol, the cheap stuff, is included. Even some of the non-alcoholic cocktails are not included. The specialty restaurants are not included. There are no minibars or anything in the room refrigerators. The A/C in our room never got below 27 degrees C. The gym was well equipped but the A/C doesn't blow and the cardio equipment is up against the south facing floor to ceiling windows, which had a great view, but made it like working out in a sauna. The humidity was unbearable. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. The groundskeeping and security staff were also stellar. The food was amazing. Dinner wasn't available until 7:30 pm, however, which is late and there was always an anxious line to get in and get a seat by that time. The beach and location were good, other than the smoking. We never worried about our safety or our stuff. Felt comfortable leaving our bags, etc at the pool, dining area and beach.
