«The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.»

«The hotel is quite new. It's cozy, comfort and clean. Hope it will stay the same all the time! Nice swimming pool eventhough its not big. Nice fitness center and spa. I've got a room which has an ocean view and it's wonderful.. the Breakfast is good and lots variation of kind of foods especially for indonesian. You can walk to the nearest Mall called Balikpapan Center its only take 5 mins walk. There's a supermarket called hypermart in the mall and places to eat like Mc.Donalds and KFC also a ...

«The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊»

«Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale»

«Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. «We had two requirements for the stay: pool and wifi. The pool area was closed off on our first two nights due to weddings. The wifi was intermittent at best, and the scheme they've devised to generate user/password combos is a disaster because anyone can take over the session of any other room in the hotel.
