ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun var proffe på innsjekk. De visste hvem jeg var da jeg kom, så alt ble profft håndtert. Fikk rom i 14. etasje, så litt utsikt med på kjøpet. Hotellet ligger relativt nært Seoul Station, men litt knotete og kuppert å finne frem. Det er ikke så enkelt å bestille taxi med mindre du har koreansk telefonnummer og KakaoTaxi-app, men det går veldig greit om du får hotellet til å bestille derfra til ønsket destinasjon. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Quiet and nice area. This is a business area in Seoul, however it is easy connected to other areas that are more busy with shopping and restaurants by subway or bus. Hotel is clean and the rooms are of good size. Very good service.

I arrived early, and for gold members there is early check in. But, no rooms available, so no early check in. I wanted to use the pool, but my key did not open. Unfortunately, the pool is not for the guests (at least not when booked through hotel.com) As gold member I should get 20% off food and drink. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the days I was there. When that is said - the room and bathroom was fine. And - the hotel brings good value for money. Generally speaking.

What a FANTASTIC hotel, huge, comfortable rooms, great beds, kind staff. It’s less than five minutes to the 1 and 2 subway lines, and a quick walk to Namdaemun Market. The place gets quiet on the weekend and some of the nearby shops close because it’s the financial district, but it’s so easy to get to and from the airport. Front staff was so helpful, called a van taxi for us because we were a family with a lot of luggage. Amazing value for the money. I’ll definitely come back here. Only small complaint was there are only 2 elevators for 23 floors, so sometimes getting to it from the room to the lobby could take longer than expected. The rainfall showerhead was so nice! Honestly I looked forward to going back to the hotel every time we went on an outing. Completely recommend!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Very convenient stay. Close to train station and bus stops. Lots of things to eat nearby and the Namdaemun market is super close by as well. Hotel was clean and had all amenities necessary. The only downside was not being able to freshen up at the hotel after checking out. They were able to hold our luggage but wouldn’t allow us to use the gym/pool facilities to freshen up before our flight.

We stayed 3 nights. Hotel is good location. Walk to Namdaemun Market only 5 minutes, to city hall about 10 minutes, a lot restaurant & coffee shop around, very close to subway station. Highly recommend to stay

今回3泊しました。ソウル駅からすぐで南大門のすぐ横にあります。位置、大きさはビジネスホテルくらいですが、部屋の大きさが広くて、よくヒルトン使いますが負けないほどでした。ベッドもシモンズと確認出来なかったですが、同等で寝やすかったです。 ジムやレストランもあり、かつ屋内プールもあります。ホテル周囲には食べ物屋さんやコンビニもあり立地環境も良かったです。マイナス面をいうと、空調が効かなかったので、真冬は怖いなと思いました。

We, family of 4 had a pleasant stay at ENA suite. The staff speaks English and very helpful if you have any questions. It’s very convenient to Namdaemun market and the restaurants at the area are great with many local restaurants rather than tourist restaurants. There is a coin laundry and dryer but only 1 which cost 5000 won each used for each one. Very convenient for some travellers.

Love the hotel but I was surprised the bathroom was all glass doors😂 The location is nice and has a wowpass machine at the lobby which comes in handy! There's a convenient store at the corner too which helped me get the stuff i needed! (charger, adapter etc.) Overall, a wonderful hotel.

Close to Metro to travel around Seoul. Comfy bed. Loved that they had a separate shower stall with rainfall spout. Great area to get around by Metro or walking. Staff at front desk are very helpful, professional and friendly. One was kind enough to call the tour company for me since my phone couldn't get through to confirm my pickup.

部屋のドアに、チェーンがなかったことが少し不安でした。部屋はキレイに清掃され、過ごしやすかったです。地下鉄の駅など少し歩けばありましたが、とにかく坂が急なので歩きやすい靴がおすすめです。近くのコンビニは24時間ではなかったので、飲み物等早めに購入したほうがよい。ホテル周辺は、夜、暗く人通りもほとんどない。

2泊3日でしたが、韓国を満喫して帰ってきました！ホテルスタッフの方も、親切に対応してくださり、プール(有料)・フィトネス(無料)で、お部屋も清潔で、とても良かったです！フロント前に両替機あり。アメニティは今は歯ブラシのみ有料(1,000ウォン)。 仁川空港からのリムジンバスの停車駅も近く、地下鉄2号線の9番出口からも近く、交通の便は良かったです。タクシーもホテルの方に呼んでもらっまら、ほとんどが5分程で来てくれました！ リムジンバスは座席が広々として快適でした！ただ仁川空港に戻る時、私達の乗車駅まででほぼ席が埋まり、ギリギリ乗る事ができました。私達の後ろに並んでいた方は、乗る事が出来なかったです。空港への行き来はAREXも便利みたいです！

小6、中3の子連れで２泊しましたが、めちゃくちゃよかった。市庁駅からも歩いてすぐだし、フロントにはワオパスの自販機もあり、コンビニや美味しそうなカルグクス屋さんやチキン屋、焼肉もあるので困りません。 フロントの方とは英語でやりとりしましたが、なんとかなります笑 また渡韓の際には使わせてもらいます！
