立地は最高。荷物も無料ロッカーに預けられて駅まですぐで良かったが、窓は埃だらけ、ドライヤーは弱い、タオルは足拭きみたいでした。部屋でシャワーに入らないなら良いのかも。

It’s well located. Myeongdong metro station is right next to the hotel. The hotel had lockers which was very convenient. It would be nice if the hotel had a microwave and a vending machine with snacks.

初めて利用しましたが、残念な点が多いです。今の時期エアコンが使えません。暑くてエアコンを使用したかったのですが、稼働していません。扇風機を提案されました。道路側で低層のため、窓を開けると車がうるさいです。さらに、浴室が狭すぎで入るのも一苦労です。タオル置き場等も一切なく、アメニティも十分でありません。これでも日本のビジネスホテルの2倍ほどします。アクセスはよいのですが、ゆっくり休めませんでした。２度と泊ることはないと思います。

スタッフの対応も悪いし、言葉も通じないし、ホテルの部屋も汚いし、至る所に髪の毛が落ちていました。二度と行きたくないし、ホテルの名前を思い出すのも嫌です。

先日宿泊させて頂きました。フロントは日本語ができる方が居たので安心でしたが、問い合わせをしているのにパソコンをいじっていて目も合わせず相づちも無かったので伝わっているのか不安になりました。 客室は到着して直ぐにショウジョウバエが飛んでいて潰しましたが、何度も出てきていました。下水のせいでしょうか？ お風呂の空調がシャワー時直撃の位置？だったので寒かったです。また、火災報知機がなるからバスルームの扉を閉めてシャワーをするように注意書がありましたが、扉がどうやってもきちんと閉まらずでした。 部屋の扉もしっかりと押したり引っ張ったりしないと閉まらず半開きになる状態でした。 連泊したため、翌日も水のペットボトルを補充していただけてありがたかったのですが一本は蓋が開けられて一口分減っている物だったので、もし気付かず飲んでいたら…と考えると怖いです。 立地は駅に近く迷わずに行ける場所で最高です。

チェックインカウンターでは日本語で対応していただけました。ロビーには、Wow passの機械もあって便利。明洞駅の出口からほぼ直径で、移動がとっても楽でした。お部屋はすっごい綺麗！って訳ではないけど、気にならない程度で、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思えました。

I stayed in the standard bedroom with a double sized bed. The room was small but adequate and clean. The window would open slightly which was great for getting fresh air. Only complaint was the bathroom door swung into the bathroom, and would hide the vanity, making it so the vanity was only accessible once you entered the bathroom and closed the door. Breakfast was not available when I stayed, and was told that they only make it now when they have large groups staying. Still, there are many cafes open from 7am in the neighborhood so it was not a problem!

場所は最高！ ①シャワーがじょうろの水くらいの勢いしかなく、体が温まらずなかなか出れなかった。 ②トイレットペーパーを流せないホテルは初めて。 ③部屋に入る時のドアは自分でガチャっと音がなるまで引かないと閉まらない。浴室に入る時のドア、上げたり下げたり毎回ガチャガチャしないと閉まらない。 ④ベッドのシーツに髪の毛あり ⑤無料の水が入っていなかった スタッフの対応が良いだけに、もったいないホテル。

It depends on who your front desk server is. I had someone beside me check in almost the same time as I did and same class of room as mine. He was able to have early check in at no extra charge. My front desk server seemed new and inflexible. She insisted on the charge and also refused to allow me a complimentary late check out (by an hour). I had to borrow a wheelchair and returned it to her personally some nights later. It is likely she didnt make a record of the return as I was asked if the chair was returned the following day. Pity the 'rigid, by the book' server doesnt maintain her standard of rigidity both towards guests and inwards towards her own record keeping. Feels odd for some guests to not be charged whilst at the same time a different staff is charging me for checking in 1.5hrs earlier.

已經係第三次住呢間酒店， 在明洞出口即到， 交通非常方便，又隨時可行街， 附近仲有好多餐廳， 十分好，。 可惜房內插頭經常只有一個可以用， 真的需要改善。 早餐種類不多， 如果可以多些選擇就更好

The Myongdong area is full of life shopping and street food. It's packed and super noisy but it's a fun area. The Migliore Hotel is awful overall though. We had a suite with a beautiful view of the Seoul N Tower. But there's no outlets near the bed. The coax cable for the TVs are frayed, there's stains on the walls and carpets and the constant hum of the elevator next to the room. There's no desk for work or study either. The bed is really firm with crinkly sheets that somehow prove to be noisy. A/C is centrally operated, no individual control in the room. No restaurant, gym, or lounge, (things I'd expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars). There's only wicker seats in the lobby hidden behind a row of industrial lockers. Rude staff, dirty overall and our room smelled funky. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

명동역 바로 앞에 있어 대중교통을 이용하기 매우 편리합니다. 청결상태와 청소상태도 좋습니다. 조식은 한식과 양식이 혼합되어 있지만 높은 수준은 아니고 한끼 식사는 됩니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.
