A hotel that takes in international guests HAS to have a staff that understand and speak English. It was impossible to communicate with any of them.
They "forbid" to bring food from the outside to the hotel room and they do NOT offer an in-house restaurant despite what they promise on their posters and signs.
They don't respect the "do not disturb" sign on the door. We left one morning and when we came back later that day, the sign had been removed from our door and someone had been in our room. The showers was unacceptable. Almost no water pressure and sometimes the water disappeared completely.
The hotel was clean, but that's the bare minimum to expect.
Everything was in Korean; the remote control for the air conditioning and the TV included, without options for changing to English (or any other language.)
They offer no kind of casting opportunities for mobile/TV like chromecast etc.
