«The breakfast was good Only one elevator worked our entire stay. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, which it wasn’t. When I got into the room there was barely any toilet paper. I had to ask for a roll. A few days later they came to clean my room and still left the other toilet roll dispenser empty. I had to again request toilet paper. I travel frequently, that was the first time I had to request toilet paper.»

«Part of my low rating wad due to reconstruction that I wish I had know about. The breakfast kitchen lady on morning 1 was rude. On morning 2 she seem to hate her job. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors intimacy sessions. I did get to move to another room but there were no more king beds available. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and provided care daily. This was a noce touch! Hats off to them and the check in counter staff who recognized me as human and was pleasant. ...
