«Upon arrival I was greeted at the front desk by Brandon. He made check in comfortable and easy. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! The lady working it was on top of everything, and made sure everything was stocked and clean. If I could give 10 stars to this hotel I would! I will definitely be staying here again in the future. All around great experience.»

«We booked a stay at this hotel after a long day of driving. It was late in the evening, and our family’s needs were just to rest our heads for the evening before another long day of driving. Our check-in was seamless, our room was clean. Unlike other reviews our bed was incredibly uncomfortable and overly firm. We could hear a moderate amount of noise in the hallways in the which is understandable, but I was very disappointed by housekeeping going room to room knocking on doors and calling ...

«Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.»

«I stay here each time I come to Lexington for business trips and it is always a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is really good. This is my go to place. I typically stay in higher end hotels and had never considered staying at a Best Western, but one time I came everything was full and I stayed here by chance. It was clean, accommodating in so many ways such as parking, food offerings, overall amenities were amazing and not to mention the customer service from check-in to check-out.
