«The entrance is awkward for the handicapped as the button to press isn't close to the doors and there aren't any sliding doors, just a single door opens. «The room was large and quite clean. Lighting was poor in all areas of the room. They need to keep up on maintenance as there was a large split in the ceiling from previous water damage that needed patching and painting. Bed was clean and comfortable. Washroom was also clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good however the hot portion was made at 7am and not touched until it closed at 9am. «Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!»

«Room was nice clean and fine. The auto door code thing never worked, and when I asked for the code or keys they almost seemed annoyed. Saying that the send it and I didn't get any info or messages. "Store rom, men rommene i den «historiske fløyen» er slitne og skulle vært renovert for lenge siden. Da jeg gikk inn på badet fikk jeg flashback av engelsk hotellstandards. Veldig lyrt mellom veggene. Er en skam at hotellet på sine nettsider skriver at dette er et luksuriøst hotell. Finnes mange hoteller i Toronto til samme pris med høyere standard "

"Flott nytt hotell nær flyplassen. Store romslige rom. Det beste var at det var plass til 2 kofferter på benken, i tillegg til en dedikert koffertstativ. Generelt er det irriterende at fleste hoteller har bare 1 koffertstativ på et dobbeltrom. Ikke så langt fra hotellet finnes det mange restauranter. "
