«We stayed at this property for one night and had a mixed experience. The location was definitely good and convenient, but there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The property had a “for sale” board outside, which was unexpected and gave the place an odd first impression. The biggest problem was that there was no water for about three hours, and despite reaching out, we didn’t receive any response from the host during that time. «Super convenient location close to Minden and on the river. We needed somewhere convenient to stay for a hockey tournament and this fit the bill. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating.»

«Everything about this home was perfect for our group. We loved the large family room with a big table for playing games. The library, general store, and daytripper to Beausoleil Island (Georgian Bay Islands NP) are all a very short walk. There was also a park with play area and pickleball courts across the street!We had plenty of linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep and enjoy meals.»

«Communication with the host was excellent, but with Vrbo was terrible. The cottage was nice, there was a dresser, but no clorset or hook on the wall to hange clothes that don't want to be folded. Also not enough lighting, but I guess doesn't really matter during the summer.»

«Rented this location for my daughter and her husband as a Christmas present. They absolutely adored it. The turned it into a relaxing mid winter spa weekend. Spending Saturday at the Nordic spa and then a gourmet dinner in Collingwood. They thanked me so much after they left and said it was a beautiful place to stay.
