«From the time of booking, the communication was fantastic. The chalet layout was open concept between kitchen and living area yet private bedrooms with plenty of room for a large group. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles.The private outdoor space was perfect with a bbq and fire pit which we enjoyed immensely.Beach close by and only a couple minute drive to Main Street Collingwood or of course the blue mountain village. Overall 5 star stay and would definitely return.»

«Check in process could have been smoother. Wrong number listed resulting in some legwork to get the front door code, which was supposed to be provided 48hrs prior to check-in. No candles allowed and this is not listed in the house rules letter. A little annoyed with that as candles are pretty harmless. Room was very clean. Parking is free which is great. Site is close to a lot of things. We would stay here again. This specific room is meant (and perfect) for a couple.»

«No issues with the hosts. Hosts were nice and responsive. They were accommodating when we requested for early check-in. Chalet was stocked with utensils, appliances.The reason we have given the 3/5 score rating is due to A few complaints regarding the Chalet and/or posting description: space was a bit tight for 3 families (9 people consisting of 6 adults and 3 kids), the 2nd bathroom is missing window pane so when someone was using the bathroom you could hear them, the 4th bedroom (common room) ...

"I stayed at the Pod-Inn for a few days. The place was clean. Nice work areas and a large seating area. The check in experience was very good, with everything well explained by the service minded Italian lady who was working. I met her several times during my stay, and she was always very service minded. A clear 5 stars already. During my last night, I woke up with a kidney stone, and needed an ambulance. The young, recently employed man at the reception was clearly not prepared for anything like this. Still, he kept it together and was calm all the way until the ambulance was there. He talked to me and didn't leave me during the wait. When I was at the hospital, I emailed the hotel, informing that I wasn't going to make check-out time, and asked them to just charge what they need. My insurance would cover it. The answer from the hotel manager was: "Take care of yourself first. Don't worry about the checkout time. We will keep your belongings in the room at no extra charge. Let me know if you need any thing." I'd never expected an answer like this. This is the proof of people actually caring about their patrons. And from what the Italian lady told me when I checked out - the manager is actually a really nice person. I can't promise I'll stay at Pod-Inn the next time I visit Toronto, but that's because I prefer to not share the bathrooms. However, I'll certainly drop by to see if any of the people I've told about are still working and drop off a small token of my gratitude"

"Store rom, men rommene i den «historiske fløyen» er slitne og skulle vært renovert for lenge siden. Da jeg gikk inn på badet fikk jeg flashback av engelsk hotellstandards. Veldig lyrt mellom veggene. Er en skam at hotellet på sine nettsider skriver at dette er et luksuriøst hotell. Finnes mange hoteller i Toronto til samme pris med høyere standard "
