«Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.»

«It's the perfect B&B and the perfect location for someone attending an event or the Woodstock Museum at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. «This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!»

«Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!»

Biggest complaint and reason we WON'T go back is the restaurant across the street has an extremely (and I mean extremely) loud band outside under a tent pointed at the rooms.
