Ryokaner i Sentrale New Mexico

«Rooms are clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Restrooms are a bit outdated but still a great stay!»

«We asked for a room service, a towel on the way to the city, once we were back at 11 pm, they skipped our room The shower did not have any pressure. They were supposed to send someone, but they never did»

«All the cool kids stay here»

«AC was not working in the room, so they brought us a portable AC in middle of night that also stopped working as well. We told the desk we were sweating and were hot all night and had no AC and they only would give us about $5 credit in rewards points was the best they said they could do! Paid extra for this room for balloon fiesta and was miserable with no resolution from staff on the issue.»

«Front desk lady was super rude»

«It was often difficult to find staff at the front desk. We visited during Hot Air Balloon Fiesta week. Extraordinary price increase. There were seldom towels at the pool. Two hours after notifying the front desk, there were still no towels at the pool. Approx 30 ppl in the pool, mostly children, and no towels. We had to request additional rolls of TP. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the service was not. Ordered bacon multiple days, but never received. Had to ask for silverware ...

«I have stayed at the Belen Baymont at least five times in the last 10 years and never had a problem. It is always clean and quiet. I like the fact that as I drive up from the south I don't have to make it all the way into Albuquerque the first day.»
