El área común está muy descuidada, las banquetas levantadas y al elevador le urge una trapeada. A la habitación necesita cambio de colchón y regadera. No está tan espectacularmente limpia, pero en el contrato de dicen que las chicas tardan 5 horas en limpiarlas y si no la dejas considerablemente limpia ...

«Overall, this house was a comfortable stay. Only 2 things; the couch is horrible. Looks new but it’s “sittability” is a 0. Other thing is that the shower located in the laundry room gets only lukewarm water. It wasn’t a big deal 2 us with only 2 guests, but it may be an issue with a larger group. Other than that beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked, heat worked great during the short cold front that moved in. Would stay there again.»

«This property was very reasonable priced and in a great location for us to visit a family member. That is why we picked it. It had good parking, some walkable dining options, and a park close by. The house was roomy and great for 2-3 people. The kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas were nice. Most of the furniture and rugs were a little on the "flea market" side and used.
