«Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. »

«The cabin was nice, and my family enjoyed our stay! Pretty secluded in the mountains in a small town. View was amazing! Accomodations were comfortable! Took a little getting used to using the rainwater/bottled water but appreciate the eco-friendly aspect. Only issues were the heaters being on the fritz somewhat. Sometimes worked. Sometimes didn't. There also seemed to be a plumbing issue with the hall bathroom that they are hopefully able to address. We were not able to fully use that second ...
