«Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though.»

«The different pools on the property were great b/c this avoided crowds. This is definitely a property that takes in sports traveling families/large families. We went the week of spring break. The hotel staff were polite. The property is large to walk around. The pool side food and beverages were pricey and even though we ordered through the QR code system we only got our drinks and didn't get our food so I had to ask for a manager to get reimbursed. «The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! »
