«Due to road closures we were unable to get to the hotel valet parking. Tried to call the hotel 3 times to find out how they preferred us to get to the hotel. No one would answer the phone. We were able to get to the Sheraton and ask for directions. The staff at the Sheraton were awesome. They told us where to go. A valet for the Westin was suppose to meet us at the entrance of the parking garage but never showed so we drove around the parking structure until we saw the entrance to the Westin. ...

«This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!»

«Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!»
