We’ve stayed here before. It’s a good hotel, but could be better.
The beds in our 2-queen room were quite hard, and uncomfortable. When we stayed before, we had a king room, and the bed was much better. The rooms are old, but have been updated. The mattresses weee in a zipped mattress protector, which I really appreciated. Good linens.
The breakfast area was so dirty this time. Food all over the floor, counters had food spilled all over them, and 3 different office people appeared, looked at the mess and walked away with their coffee. No one seemed to be supervising the food, or dining area. There was plenty of food, and it was normal hotel fare- scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. There were also selections of cereal, and a waffle making area. When we checked out an hour later, nothing had changed in the dining area as far as cleanliness.
The hotel could certainly do better, and appeared to have workers, although they were either sitting around, or walking around noticing the mess and choosing to do nothing about it. Workers upstairs on our floor were just sitting on the bench by the elevator chatting.
Hope the hotel will do better and clean up its act!
