«I loved the unit with a full kitchen and washer and dryer the unit itself is beautiful with an amazing view well maintained. Loved the extra cooler , umbrella and chairs . Location very convenient for food and grocery . If I ever return to Maui I would definitely consider staying here again . Oh and free self park What I did not like was having to wash my own towels everyday they only provided 3 towels for a family of 4 and no cleaning supplies to clean the toilet or bathroom and well cleaning ...

«Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins. ...

"The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
