«Room was clean and comfortable, check in was very easy. It appeared that the whole lobby and main building was under complete renovation so when I got there to check in my key was taped to the door with my name on it. Later time of check out was great and the key box made it easy to check out. Even though I stayed here in January, it was still nice and cozy.»

«My wife and I stayed for 4 days , but he first night we had a small problem with the room and spoke to Megan the next morning … she immediately gave us a new room. The next morning I came out and maintenance was in the room fixing the problem ! Megan was extremely helpful and friendly! We would definately stay at the lux again each and every time we come to NY to visit our family . »

«Great place to relax and to get away from the big city stress. If you require a good internet connection this may not be the place to stay (it works but it is very slow). You should also note we got the feeling that this was a "be quiet place". If you plan to be very active and have loud conversations The Inns at Aurora may not be the place for you.
