«The room was spotless. We came during Christmas just to lay in the hot springs. The whole property was lit up and very festive. The welcoming treat and personal touches in our room were the icing on the cake. The breakfast was full of choices. The resort is located close to La Fortuna town and many great excursions. We will definitely return here again. »

«Great location, close to Arenal sites and La Fortuna. Enjoyed the hot springs. The on-site restaurant was very good, but not great. Food was not all hot when served. Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent and very attentive. It's so often wet there that we wish there was a door mat or towel provided inside the doorway to prevent getting water on the tile which can be slippery. We would definitely stay here again.»

Kunne fint ha informert litt rundt at det faktisk er en regnskog løype man kan gå inne på hotellområdet der man kan se masse forskjellige dyr og fugler. Støtte på en stor flokk med nesebjørn ved flere anledninger på hotellområdet. Anbefaler dette hotellet selv om det ligger litt unna La Fortuna. Uber var veldig enkelt om billig.»

«Amazing location - out in jungle living amongst the animals. We saw tons of birds, and other wildlife and had an amazing view to the Arenal volcano. Staff was helpful and friendly and the pool was nice and hot. The restaurant and breakfast was okay, but not as good as the other things.»

«The pools were great, uncrowded with several options. The grounds were spectacular and well looked after. Front desk was helpful. If you do not have a car, it is not walkable to town or off property attractions, you must take an uber or taxi. Included breakfast was very good.»

«The Sunset views are spectacular. It was the highlight of our day. Every night was a masterpiece. Dinner is open air, and you can watch the sunset. The restaurant staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Melanie. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable she learned our names and our preferences. «Hyggelig personale, rene og pene rom med safe, kjøleskap, air condition og vifte. En stor veranda med hengekøye og stoler/bord som vi hadde mye glede av. Veldig fin hage rundt, og vi så flere hummingbirds og en Toucan fra verandaen. Koselig frokost område. Fint beliggende med ca 30 min å gå til La Fortuna sentrum, og bare 10 min å gå til nærmeste restaurant, Tiquicia, som var veldig bra! »
