«We stayed 2 nights here and loved it. The garden is gorgeous and we enjoyed the hot pools both nights, what a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day! The wifi signal was good at some places, but we couldn't use internet in our cabin. I didn't hear any noises from other guests, it felt very private. Breakfast took some time as many people arrived at the same time. It looked like this place is popular and I can understand why. Would definitely come back!»

«The personnel is great! The hotel is quite new and everything works nicely. Beds were good, good size rooms and bethrooms. The breakfast is served in a hotel nearby - it is ok, though not the best I’ve had, but the view is great. Very central as well, close to everything in town.»

«Hyggelig personale, rene og pene rom med safe, kjøleskap, air condition og vifte. En stor veranda med hengekøye og stoler/bord som vi hadde mye glede av. Veldig fin hage rundt, og vi så flere hummingbirds og en Toucan fra verandaen. Koselig frokost område. Fint beliggende med ca 30 min å gå til La Fortuna sentrum, og bare 10 min å gå til nærmeste restaurant, Tiquicia, som var veldig bra! »

«Property was nice, exceeded expectations. Rooms were cute with each room separate cabins. Property is smaller than it looks in the pictures, and is a bit towered over by a hotel next door. Direct view of volcano. Restaurant was beautiful with lots of birds. Breakfast was great (didn’t try any other meals there). Hot springs were much nicer than in the pictures. »

«Booked a “premium suite” and paid a premium price for a suite that has no dedicated shower. The shower is a handheld inside a huge jacuzzi tub with no shower curtain! Your bathing options are to fill and drain an enormous spa size tub or slip & slide on uneven jacuzzi seats spraying water everywhere. The hotel response “you booked a jacuzzi suite”. Apparently not an issue they fail to mention the suite has no shower. The grounds are nice but the rooms and resort are dated and frankly this ...
