«Female solo traveler review 🪴🌸✨
One of the best things about staying at hostel chains as a solo traveler is the consistency in quality and service, and this one definitely delivered. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and I really appreciated how well-organized and enjoyable their activities are (salsa and bachata classes, nature tours, etc.).

«The location is great, very close to the center of Monteverde. However, noise from traffic can be really loud as you are directly by the street. The staff say they will help you book activities around, but the two people who spoke English were both out the day we could have used their help, and one other guest was way overcharged for a taxi ride to an activity that they booked.
The rooms are small, with no wardrobe, drawers, or hooks to put your clothes anywhere. No hooks in the bathroom ...

«Simple hostel, but in every way very good value for a good price. Short 10 min walk to main street in Santa Elena, 2min walk to small supermarket. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the included breakfast (lots of fruit and toast and scrambled eggs, coffee/tea/juice) was very filling. Service from the manager was excellent. »

«Really good for the price. Staff was nice and helpful. Shower was only cold water and really weird overhead shower. Was hard to find the entrance at first. It’s hidden among shops on the street. Did not really offer parking as marketed.»
