Arriving early? No problem—we’ll make arrangements for you to drop off your luggage first and start exploring the area while you wait for the villa to be ready. If you need to arrive early or late, we’ll try to accommodate you, but we can’t guarantee it—it’s subject to the villa’s availability.<br><br>- Q: What is the check-out policy?<br>- A: Our standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, an additional charge of 50% of the villa’s daily rate will apply. Any check-out after 3:00 PM will be charged at the full daily rate. If you need to store your luggage after checkout time, you are welcome to do so.<br><br>- Q: Can I have a butler or a personal chef to cook so that I can dine in the villa?<br>- A: Breakfast is not included, but a menu is available in the villa.
