«We had a wonderful time! The property is tucked in the mountain range with a breathtaking view. The house is decorated with heart and style. Mostly importantly, host Maxim and Agathe are exceptional! They prepared fresh and delicious breakfast daily at the time of our request, rented us snorkel gears, played with our 6-year old daughter, ordered us pizza delivery (due to our poor French!) and we shared great conversations. «5-stars overall value for a clean comfortable room in a well-equipped house located in a safe gated neighborhood in walking distance to the public beach and grocery store. The ground floor of the house has 3 guest rooms each with a dedicated bathroom, spacious common kitchen and living areas and solid WiFi, and outdoors is a large back patio and pool plus laundry room. Irina and family are gracious hosts and I got the chance to enjoy Polynesian brunch which was an amazing experience!»

«It was difficult to find and get to. Road was steep and narrow with too many turns. Driving to the property in the dark was hard. Walking to the room next the pool through the narrow ledge with luggage and steep stairs was not great. The room was good, and clean. The views were fantastic. There was no hot water in the shower. Other than that it was good.»

«The host said he did not work with Orbitz even though I paid orbitz for my stay so I had to personally pay the host for my stay which he charged me over $100 over the orbitz price. Also he was messaging me through the orbitz app and still claimed he do not “work with orbitz” and said orbitz was a fake booking. I don’t know if this was a scam or not. Also kayaks and bikes were an extra charge- most places this was included. »

«Nous sommes arrivés tres facilement grâce aux instructions ultra précises d’Irina notre hôtesse et avons découvert une très belle maison avec un jardin tropical et jolie piscine. Nous avons accéder à notre chambre Hine avec les toilettes et salle de bain en extérieur. Je ne savais d’ailleurs pas que les autres chambres étaient dispo à la location… nos futures colocataires n’en avaient aucune idée non plus…. Ils ont eu la salle de bain attenante et nous extérieure, on ne sait absolument pas ...

«We had an amazing 21 days at the Black Pearl - Nir and Taire were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Nir was always available for any questions, and Taire even picked us up at the dock and took us to the rental car location. Check-in was smooth, and Nir provided us with a local phone for easy communication. The location is exceptional, offering privacy compared to other options. Renting a car from Nir is a must for exploring the island. The bungalow was clean and ...

«We loved everything about our stay, booking, communication and location. Our recommendation would be to add a blender. Wr would have brought one had the description not said there was one in the bungalow. Overall, hardly worth mentioning but if you plan on morning smoothies bring a blender. Wonderful placento celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary! Thanks Richard and Tiera you both were amazing to work with.»

«What a great spot this place was! Lots of sea life and a short ride to the grocery store, etc. The property manager is very helpful and friendly. The snorkeling is fantastic, and along with multiple types of reef fish, we saw octopus, rays, reef sharks (on an excursion), eels, and jelly fish. We will definitely be back! »
