This spacious house spans 2,300 square feet, offering ample room for relaxation and entertainment featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Walk through a scenic courtyard to the private entrance and into an open floor plan with high wood beam ceilings and an abundance of natural light.
Living Room:

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and provides access to the upper deck. Guests can unwind in the leather sectional seating while enjoying entertainment on the 65” Smart TV or the gas fireplace.

Kitchen:
The sleek and fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal.

Dining Area:
There are two separate dining areas, one with a bistro table seating 4 and a formal dining table seating 6.
A six-person outdoor dining table has also been added under a stylish pergola, perfect for alfresco meals with a view.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom – King bed, 50” Smart TV, full-size sleeper sofa, en suite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Please note, the fireplace is non-operational and serves as a decorative element only.

Bedroom 2 – King bed, 43” Smart TV, access to full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, access to full shared bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with shower.

Backyard / Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the numerous outdoor spaces, all with stunning views. Take in Sedona's majestic scenery from the rooftop seating area, gather around the fire pit table on cooler evenings, or relax in one of the cozy outdoor lounge areas featuring new touches like a globe sculpture, and metal cacti for added desert charm.

The home includes fun extras like games, a pickleball net, and an air hockey table, offering entertainment for all ages.

Pool:
Yes, private.

NOTE: Pool depth: 4 feet at the deepest end. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1 – March 31 and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!
