Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine for your exclusive use located in shared hallway under stairs.



The Space:

Recently remodeled space located on lower floor of multifamily building, the space has its own entrance. Please see image of floor-plan.

- 30 inch monitor/TV with ROKU

- Parking available

- Desk with USB-C hookups for your laptop

- Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine available. There are located right outside the door in shared hallway (see floorplan)



Prior to check-in you must provide credit card for deposit payment and ID for insurance.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to bedroom and bathroom on lower floor, and a shared laundry area. *No kitchen*. Entry is through back of building through the shared laundry area.



The Neighborhood:

Located in residential neighborhood, you are a few minutes walk from local shops and the arboretum. A few minutes drive from Capital Hill and downtown Seattle.



Getting Around:

Within 10 min walk to many bus stop - quick public transit to all areas of Seattle!



Dedicated parking spot available for your use.



Other Things to Note:

NO KITCHEN - There is a microwave and mini-fridge available for your use in shared area. Please look at pictures. There is no cooking.



Laundry and entrance are in area shared with one other unit.
