«The house itself is perfectly fine, comfortable and with a good view of the ocean and meadow. The issues I have are with the communication (or lack of) with the management. They did not seem to want to give out information unless I specifically asked for it, which resulted in our having to leave a day early because of road work that they had neglected to tell us about. «The home is located in a friendly area with good views of the ocean and a nice deck with lots of green space. Overall the house is great with the exception of the beds, bed linens and pillows. Given the high price point I would expect those items to be updated. They are all old and uncomfortable. A Sonos speaker would also be a nice upgrade as most people no longer listen to CDs. Otherwise it's a great spot for people and dogs!»

«First, the property is excellent. We are picky, and it was very clean and well maintained. The property was actually better than the VRBO description and pics. We are frequent VRBO customers, and that is a rarity. The issue is with the property manager. While we were there, construction was happening right next door (50ft away).
