«I know how important review ratings are, so I don’t want to leave something negative, however I know how important reviews are and I don’t want anyone else to show up with their family and be scared either. The most important thing I want to note is that i feel like you need to make sure you arrive during the day time hours because we arrived at 11 pm and our kids were truly scared since you have to walk in thru a kind of creepy basement area (where bedroom #1 is). «Stayed with my spouse and mother-in-law as we explored the Redwoods. Very easy to find right off the highway but far enough away that road noise was not an issue (there is a closer road but it was partially closed so road noise was even lower than normal). Behind a secure automatic gate with a few other accommodations. The drive up to the stay was fairly steep so be aware you may need to push the gas up the gravel more than you're comfortable doing. «Looked for a quiet and clean property with three bedrooms for one couple and two single adults. This fulfilled our expectations and more - we were in town for 3 1/2 days and only left the house once - it was easier for other family in town to come to where we were & everyone loved the location! «The house was adequate for our 15 party family other than one shower in the house. It was cute. We were there for the Redwoods so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house other than to sleep and eat. The beds were comfortable. The host extremely responsive.»

«We appreciated the communications w Karlee, who helped us navigate an inadvertent locked door and responded promptly. The minimalist property was clean and open. We were comfortable in this well lit (skylights and good wattage lights) house. However, it took a little time to get used to the step down into the living room. Our main destination was the skywalk at the Sequoia Zoo, which is very close to the property. Wonderful stay with our family.»
