«This place should not be rented as is. There are many liabilities that need to be addressed and it is not presented well or maintained well. Entry way door is filthy, mud room filthy, circular staircase to second floor is major liability, difficult to manage, needs non slip surfaces and should not be rented to those who are large, handicapped, with children, or who simply even have luggage.
