«Alexa was an amazing host! She was responsive and gave reliable and helpful local recommendations. The house was clean and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed the swim spa enclosed patio! Definitely recommend! We will return next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Alexa.»

«This was our second time staying at this beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious beach house. It is extremely well equipped and stocked in every way, from beach chairs to games and puzzles. The kitchen amenities and supplies are plentiful (we especially love the twin dishwashers) and made it easy to prepare meals for our for our multi-generational family of 14. «Great place to stay»

«Great location. Very nice place.»

«This is a very good place for two couples or families with two pre teen children. It’s in a somewhat hilly, but walkable neighborhood with locally owned restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a two mile walk or drive to the heart of the Old Port, and the locally renowned Becky’s Diner is about a half mile away. Please note that there’s one bathroom and it’s on the second floor, which requires climbing a flight of stairs. There’s on street parking, which we were lucky to find spaces nearby.»

«Location was excellent with great access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The main living area is a bit tight for a large group. The site should be updated to state that 3 of the bedrooms are king which is really nice and that there is baby stuff available like high chairs and pack and play. We brought our own, not knowing. Overall our family enjoyed their stay!»

«This little house was absolutely charming! The owners were very accommodating and flexible with our dates and last minute booking. The house is incredibly cozy and the outdoor porch was a big hit. The location of this house is also amazing as you have access to the ocean, marsh and a beautiful pond. E would love to return with our grandkids who would love it! Thank you Shannon and Jim for sharing your special house with us!»

«We were very happy with our stay here. House was clean and is in a nice location for visiting Saco, Kennebunkport and Portland. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.»
