«Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value.»

«Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. »

«I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city. »

«Stayed here as it was close to the stadium as we were in town to see Steelers/Bills game. Excellent spot that has plenty within walking distance for food/entertainment. We ubered everywhere so we didn't have to mess with parking. Apartment itself was very clean and nice. The bathroom is located on 2nd floor so more of a nuisance for whoever stays on the first floor bedroom. And there was no central living room so to speak to watch TV together. Both bedrooms have nice TVs but not really set up ...
