ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT
Unit 1 is on a single level with no interior stairs. A few steps are required to access the front door. Unit 2 requires a few steps to access the front door and an additional 12 to 15 steps to reach the second floor unit. Once inside, Unit 2 is entirely on one level. The carriage house requires a few steps to access the front door and has bedrooms on both floors, accessible via an interior staircase. The outdoor pool has direct access from Unit 1 and the carriage house. Unit 2 guests walk approximately 10 yards down the sidewalk to a locked gate. Gate codes will be provided at check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Located a quick 2 min walk away from Forsyth Park, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront. There are a few homes in the neighborhood that need to be renovated, so while this could still be considered a transitional neighborhood, we have never had any safety issues. As far as safety is concerned, common sense is the general rule of thumb, just like in any major city. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park (2 minute walk) and SCAD (12 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
