«The house was new and spacious. We had five of us staying there, and we had plenty of room and privacy. It was also a quiet location, so we got a good night’s sleep. And it was close to the bus lines so transportation in and out of Durham was easy.»

«Close to some shops. Ten to fifteen minute drive to Durham park and Ride that cost £2.20 each return. The house was clean and equipped with all we required. Communication with host was excellent. Parking was not always outside house as allocated due to other neighbours abusing parking.
