«Josh responded quickly and was very helpful. The house is clean and nice. The location is perfect. As walkers, my sister and I were very pleased with the location. It is about a block from the river walk. You can walk along the river and then go left to the market which is about a mile from the house or go right to downtown which is a mile. «Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am.
