«Had such a wonderful time at this property. Russel was a great host. Super accommodating ad even let us check in a bit earlier than the check in time of 4pm so we could put our youngest down for a nap. We really appreciated that. The home was spotless when we got there and we were able to quickly get settled and spend some family time together. We had such a blast and hope to be back in the future!»

«We had a great time at this beach house for our recent visit. The large porch is great for enjoying the sounds of the beach in the morning; and the location is very close to a pedestrian bridge to the beach. Manager was easy to communicate with, and we hope to come back again soon!»

«We are not frequent beach goers but everything about this place seemed just right - including an actual full gulf view from the deck (it seems a lot of the houses might have obscured views). The golf cart was a game changer (though did not have the permit to actually take on the beach) it allowed us to load up and zip around. «Overall we enjoyed this home and the location of it. It fit 6 of us comfortably and you can see the water from the front porch. The homeowner was responsive and helpful. There are a few things that need some TLC though. Definitely make sure to bring bug spray for the mosquitos! We could sit on the front porch and just have a few bother us but downstairs they were really bad. Check in and check out were super easy!»

«Steve was so helpful and easy to contact. The condo was very clean & beds were comfortable as well. Great location with views of the beach from both balconies. This condo community is unique to Matagorda as it has a beautiful pool area. Great for families . I have future plans to stay in this condo again for sure.»
