"This was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The rooms are clean and modern, so that's a plus. But it seemed like they don't understand what a 5 star hotel is. TBH the whole thing felt like a Ryanair version for hotels, where they grossly overcharged you for everything to the point where I was happy the air was free eventually. I primarily booked the hotel due to the dock, which is promoted on their profile, but when we got to the hotel, they told us it was closed due to a storm earlier that year. They did not inform us whatsoever beforehand, probably so we wouldn't cancel our stay. The "private" beach photos are cleverly taken as the beach is just a small plot of sand in the middle of a massive public beach. It also takes about 20 minutes to drive there. We ordered lunch there one day, but the food took around 2 hours to arrive, and they told us constantly that the food was just around the corner. They even prepared a table for us at the beach and just had us sitting there for 1 hour... I tried to inform a lady in reception about this incident, but she just looked at me like I was in the wrong. The pool does not support nearly enough people either, so it's impossible to get a sunbed there. To sum up. The hotel itself is nice-looking and clean, with an ok breakfast. But given the price you pay per night, I would recommend booking somewhere else. If you do decide to stay here, then you should just be prepared to pay around 100 euros per day extra. "

"Meget bra hotell og service. Eneste var at de kjente ikke til at skulle være noe ekstra i forbindelse med Hotels.com VIP eller noe gave… Hotellets gourmet restaurant nådde ikke mål. Hummeren var i hel kokt og bisque smakte ingenting. Min sønn hadde indrefilet som var god bortsett fra at pommes frites var rå inni. Ellers var det et meget fint opphold med flere restauranter og spesielt en pizzarestaurant i bakgården."

"Ok hotell med beliggenhet i sentrum. Ingen ledige parkplasser ved hotellet. Lite serviceinnstilte i resepsjonen, og vi følte oss ikke velkommen! Frokosten var liten, men ok. Manglet ferske baguetter og grønnsaker. All bruk av basseng kostet penger. "
