The work is expected to be completed within this period; however, please note that it may be extended depending on the progress of the maintenance.

This notice was published on March 17, 2026. All reservations made prior to this date have already been notified.

For all reservations made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware and accept that one of the pools may not be available during their stay.

Welcome to this gorgeous three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome, ideally situated just minutes from the beach and central amenities, and only a 10–15 minute walk to town. Perfect for an unforgettable beach holiday, this beautifully renovated property offers everything you and your family need for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Enjoy the convenience of a covered parking space for one car and an inviting outdoor sitting area complete with a table and chairs, a hammock, and access to two community pools.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room featuring a comfortable couch, a 60-inch smart TV with a built-in speaker system, and plenty of seating. The large dining table accommodates six or more guests, while the breakfast bar connects seamlessly to the newly updated kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a large two-door refrigerator.

A dedicated desk area for two provides a great spot for work or study. Just outside, the covered storage area includes a washer and dryer and a barbecue grill—perfect for outdoor meals.

Going upstairs, guests are greeted by another cozy living area with a comfortable couch and an additional large-screen smart TV, conveniently located between the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double bed and plenty of storage, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and additional storage space. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. For added convenience, there is also a half bath located on the ground floor.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Guests who use the outdoor outlet to charge their vehicle must pay a $25 flat fee.
