The condo can be accessed at any time via a lockbox, with the keys for the condo inside.

We have received a notification informing us that the complex's swimming pool will undergo repairs and improvements. For this reason, the pool will be drained starting November 1st to carry out the necessary work. The work is expected to take approximately 2 weeks. However, please note that this timeframe may be extended depending on the progress of the repairs.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Washer requires payment through an app. Dryer is free to use!
