Our place is minutes away from The Ringling School Of Art and Design, The Ringling Museum, New Collage, The UTC Mall, Interstate i75 Airport and Downtown. Great location and super comfortable. Downtown you will find great restaurants with live music, World Famous sandy white beaches and beautiful parks. King size bed with Smart TV and Queen size pull out bed sofa… living room has a shared desk to dine and remote work. Beautiful fenced-in private yard. Private off-street parking or inside the fenced area. Great Location!

We are very conveniently located just outside of downtown Sarasota in a very cute and upcoming neighborhood. There is a community park across that has a beautiful canopy of trees and vines it’s always in the shade, perfect morning walk or kids at the playground, or play Frisbee disk.
