📝 Need to Know: Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free high‑speed WiFi included. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. City of Sarasota Registration Number: VR24‑00062. Due to City code, property can only be rented once during any seven‑day period and have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. We happily welcome 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Exterior security cameras are present. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
