«Beach views were very nice,pool area was nice but no hot tub. Carpet floors in room were filthy.balcony doors were filthy and worn. Breakfast was fine- typical. Lobby was clean. Staff was helpful.»

The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. «We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay»

«This was our first time staying at the Sundrift Inn and we were pleasantly impressed. The location was great. We had an ocean view room which was very comfortable. We never had to leave the hotel for our meals. We had dinner at Vincenzo’s Italian Bistro in the hotel and it was top notch and very delicious. «Location and beach were perfect! Rooms were decent, comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, but short on staff and out of clean plates 2 of the 3 mornings that we went to the buffet. Only 1 ice machine working while there. Both washing machines out of order and only 1 dryer that worked, that I could hear from my hotel room when running.»

«Great view. Right on the water. Very satisfied with the room upgrade The room was clean and quite comfortable. Great water flow in the shower …. I wouldn’t purchase the breakfast option again. Would expand the menu selections to include a hot cereal option and avocado toast would have been nice. We picked this palace for proximity and a full bar. Neither disappointed. Room cleaning didn’t happen one day. Tv didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work. Both were repaired quickly, however.»

«The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. Thank goodness, I did bring my own Keurig.. If you like a really really hard bed than you would love this one. I could hardly sleep and when I did get up my back was ...
