We were in town for Mardi Gras. Had our 2 dogs with us. We were told that only service dogs were allowed. We had to leave our babies at home alone . We left early. Did not even spend one night at the hotel. We left and went home to take care of our dogs and drove back to the Beach for the parades both days. So, we spent over $500.00 for a hotel room for 2 nights that we only used to keep our clothes in and use the bathroom.

There are no bike racks available. You have to take your bike with you ON THE ELEVATOR to your room every time you leave & come back.
To top it ALL OFF.......

There was no complimentary breakfast. We have stayed at the Sand & Surf, and Hampton Inn (located on Pensacola Beach) and they both provide a great complimentary breakfast.
So......for us, it's 3 strikes and you're out.
Will definitely NOT be staying here ever again.
