My room was a handicapped room with a tub/shower where the handles in shower had rust. Did not receive housekeeping the entire stay.
When I checked in, the keycard didn't work as the battery on the door lock had to be replaced. Once this was corrected by maintenance, I discovered that the toilet would not flush. Again, maintenance had to come and fix. This all took place during check in which was late in the evening after traveling.
I did receive a $50 credit for first night due to the problems of the room.
Also, I was unaware that this hotel was dog friendly, which is okay, however, it seemed my entire floor had dogs in, what seemed like, every room.....I'm allergic to most all animals.
Was not an ideal stay for me at all. Though the staff was very friendly and attentive.
