«This unit was a great value. Perfect unit layout for me, my sister-in-law and our two teen boys. Everything we needed was provided, including beach supplies, outdoor rinse hose, and kitchen basics. Easy parking, easy beach access. Unit is tastefully decorated. Access to unit is up one flight of exterior stairs and across a shared balcony facing the street and ocean. «Property as described and pictured. Plenty of beach chairs and nice cart to haul all our stuff to the beach which was a short walk away. Nice view of the sound and of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Unit also quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. Owner very responsive to inquiries pre-check-in and checked with us shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely consider staying here again.»
