«We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. «The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. «My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel.»
