The 2-storey villa consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for a quiet family holiday. Further amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, washing machine and dryer, a baby cot and a high chair. The villa also features a balcony, a large, furnished garden with 2 open and covered terraces and a barbecue, and a private pool. Here you can relax on hot summer days by the cool pool and enjoy the fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. In Santa Gertrudis, about 4 km (5 minutes by car) away, you can find the nearest supermarket and a selection of restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest beach is Cala LLonga.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. An cleaning service can be provided on request and for an additional charge. Smoking is not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Due to the local current regulation loud music and noise are not allowed after midnight. It is recommended to rent a car, both to reach the house and to move around the island. The house offers the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday in Ibiza all year round.
