«My friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the Moxi (a 10 minute walk away). The location was so convenient to both State St and the venue. The house was clean and comfortable—perfect as a home base for close friends who don’t mind sharing some bathroom space and weren’t looking to cook meals at home.»

«Excellent stay, enjoyed our time in Solvang. Great house for a group. Very comfortable to gather as a group and well appointed sleeping arrangements. Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay.»

«The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again.»

«This cozy cottage is well appointed with anything you could possibly need for a carefree stay in Santa Barbara. The location cannot be beat. We didn’t use the car once. Endless restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Don’t miss the farmers market on a Saturday! And the beds, so cozy! I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!»

«Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.»

«Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!»

«The property was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and easily accessible to Pismo Beach and other areas. The patio outside the downstairs' bedroom could have been cleaner and the yard could have been mowed. It was a nice area but not very clean. Other wise a very pleasant stay.»

«Cute little home in a convenient location. Dog friendly which was key to our getting away. Nice amenities, kitchen well equipped, king size bed in master very comfortable (sheets could be replaced). Disappointed that we did not receive a "welcome" package/basket nor Information binder. The outside patio was dirty and covered in leaves/debris (including the tables, chairs and hammock). Not ideal for relaxing. The home was clean but furniture could use some updating (a broken chair, overhanging ...

It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops.
