«We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan in a unit managed by Midway Vacations. There were intense rain storms that week with much flooding. There was a power outage from Fri afternoon that was still not restored when we attempted to inquire about the status Sat morning.
We had 2 major issues: poor communication and safety. First, there was no/poor communication on the part of Midway Vacations, the Banyan front desk staff and the security staff. We learned that the electrical system of the property ...

«The host was the best part, so kind and patient. The location was nice, however, close to a traffic light that had long stops. The water clogged, but it’s an older building so it was understandable. Everything else is good it was a comfortable stay.»

«Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks »
