«The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to ...

«When I went into the room, it smelled musty. I immediately was given another room. It was better. I don't know what they use to launder the bed linens but, they didn't smell good. The room was clean and the bathroom was too. The remote control for the TV didn't work well. I could only search a few channels until I had to keep on pressing the OK button for more channel options. It was annoying. The toiletries & coffee station in the room are very minimal. The furniture could use an upgrade ...

«The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area.»

«The rooms were clean, simple, and basic, but cute and quaint. There was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room, so the amenities were pretty minimal. Most of the staff were friendly, and the location was a definite plus being within close proximity to just about everything. Overall, a charming place if you're looking for something simple and conveniently located.»

«Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again!
There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. When we woke in the morning to find no water, it was hard to get ahold of anyone, as the phone number is someone’s cell phone + they have you call a different number outside of 9-9 + you have to try to write down a different number from the ...
