«Truly awful and disqusting. We recived very dirty towels, the state of the shower was horrible. And last, but not least we just felt unsafe. It reeked of weed from our shared bathroom and our bathroom mates were hogging the batroom, talking loudly og listening to loud music early in the morning. People were also ouside our room talking til 3AM and then they started again at 5AM. We checked out as soon as we woke up even though we were supposed to stay for many days. Such a waste of money. »

«The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. The intercom code also did not work, which meant we had to wait for someone else to arrive before we could access the letterbox.
